1. The Agreement

By purchasing any digital product from Max Level Mind ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are acquiring these materials on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Digital Delivery and Access

All products offered are digital in nature. Delivery is deemed complete at the moment the access link, login credentials, or downloadable files are dispatched to the email address provided at checkout. As these are non-tangible goods, no physical shipping is required.

3. Intellectual Property and Licensing

All content, frameworks, and scripts provided are the exclusive intellectual property of Max Level Mind. Purchase grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license for personal or internal professional use. The redistribution, resale, sub-licensing, or "white-labeling" of these materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

4. 14-Day Action-Based Guarantee

We are committed to the efficacy of our tools. If, after reviewing the materials and applying the frameworks, you determine the product has not provided professional value, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo, Japan.
